Help finding affordable catering in Hudson Valley or update NY for Barn wedding

I am getting married at Mt. Gulian in Upstate Ny and I found a caterer but I just received the proposal and everything, food, rentals and staffing comes out to 28,000!!! This seems really high and I was wondering if anyone knows of a more affordable caterer in the area.

    I don't know if she'll go that far, but I'm getting married near Lake George and we're using Robin Getchell-Smith of Deliciously Different catering.  My wedding is in June and haven't used her yet, but she seems great and is a lot more affordable than what you were quoted.
