Seating Chart Display

What are you guys doing for a seating chart display? How are you making it?

Re: Seating Chart Display

  • I am currently ripping my hair out over this particular item!

    Here is our table numbers

I am making little cards printed with people's names and th table number on them (this was a mock up) and then adding a circle of the fabric that matched their table number as well. The printing part is not going so well :/

  • I didn't even do anything. I happily filled out the cards our venue handed me.

  • Wow those are beautiful and so creative!

But im the same as xxstardust - just filling out the basic escort cards :) Happy enough to do that!

  • My husband and I didn't have a seating chart and it was the best decision we made! No stress of figuring out who sits where and our family's just sat where they wanted and it worked out for the best in our situation.

  • Surprisingly my seating chart didn't take me very long. I knew how many seats were at each table and I just grouped my guests and then sat them. It actually ended up working out ok. I'm very thankful. For the escort cards I just printed them up and cut them out. They are about the size of a business card. I put them in alphabetical order and the venue is going to lay them out. For table numbers, way back when we first got engaged I made chalkboard table numbers :)

  • Just like Jessica41381, we didn't have  seating chart either. It allowed our families to sit where they wished and mingle together, and get to know each other better than they already do. We were very happy with our decision.
