2. I finally got Max's birth certificate.  Not one of my kids has anything about color on their certificates.

Thanks for asking, 6. It has been a mess. I'm so tired. It's been so hard to find another flight for her to leave. American was saying that it's going to be over a week before she could get on another flight. I've called so many times. I've called and called the airlines so much, I could scream at the whole process.

The final update is she has a sinus infection and now is on meds, but she wants to come home. So, she spent a small fortune to get a flight on Sunday on Kenya Air. That was her decision, but I'm glad she won't have to wait so long.

 

2. Really? Maybe it's a 70's thing. I didn't know they no longer but race on them.

3. I found a lady through a friend that bakes out of her home, and was able to get a two tiered cake for $125 less than what the bakery wanted to charge. I did taste her cakes and it was good. Let's hope it's not leaning to the side.:)

 

My mom gets here in about an hour, and all I want to do is take a nap on my sofa. I'm tired.

 

Oh. I just finished the centerpieces and I hope it doesn't look a hot mess. I'm not florist, but I refused to pay someone to do them. My friend said that I did a good job. We shall see. You'll have to tell me when I post pics on fb. I won't feel bad if you say they are a DIY mess.

NOLA, you have to PM me pics or something.  I'd love to see them.  I doubt anything you do looks a "hot mess".

I'm sorry about your sister.  That just sucks.
