Hi all.  After the recent vendor poll thread a couple weeks ago, I noticed a lot of upcoming brides are using Cakes by Tammy.  I am in the process of starting to look for cakes, so I contacted her via e-mail as she requests on her website with all the appropriate information.  Anyways, it has been almost two weeks with no response from her.  Is this normal for her? Or does anyone know if she is on vacation or something of the sorts?  Should I just move on and look elsewhere?  TIA!

    We are using Cakes by Tammy.  We LOVE her!!!  Our wedding is in 45 days and we booked her months ago.  We haven't had any communication in a few months.  I plan on contacting her in a couple of weeks to finalize everything. 
    She is usually super quick at getting back to me.
    I don't know if she is on vacation or something.

    Maybe try emailing her one more time?  This is definitely not normal.

    I agree!  We're also using Cakes By Tammy and I've never had a problem with communication.  I haven't tried to contact her recently, though.  You should try to email her again.. maybe something happened to the original email.

    I recently emailed her and initially she responded right away but I know she was away for a week or so because after the second email I sent, it took her alittle bit. I guess she was on vacation or something. She is very nice to work with!  I would e-mail her again!

    She is fantastic to work with and this is not normal for her.  She normally responds within a day or so. One thing I recently ran into though was my email went to her spam box and it took a little over a week for her to get back to me.  So this might be what happened to your email as well.  GOOD LUCK and I defnitely would rec her!!
