Guests who are not on the list but are RSVPing?

I did not add everyone I worked with to the guest list (I work at a school) because I sent out a blanket invite to them all.  Now I have people RSVPing but they are not showing up anywhere on the list.  Where can I find them so I have an accurate count for meal selections?  Thank you -

As do I. It says the notifications will be emailed when not on the list and I have done a test rsvp and the notification never showed.
