So, this weekend was a productive one- my best friend came in from Cali to meet my son (he is 9 months old) and do a little wedding help and we not only found the dress that works on 2 of the 3 bridal party (the other one is in Cali, but the dress looks good on 2 very different people, so figured she will be fine), but also decided to book the Marquis Suite at the Platinum where we are getting married to do an informal rehearsal "reception" as opposed to dinner. I figured we would order pizza and apps and get some alcohol and have a rotating door deal from like 5 to 8 where people can get to know each other, do speeches, hang out, whatever in an environment that is strictly ours- so excited and Jamie knocked off $100 bucks on the suite because we are getting married there- what a doll!
