how to edit chair arrangement on seating charts

Hi, I have 2 sizes of tables, 5'x6' and 5'x8'. There needs to be 2 people seated at each end, but the seating chart only shows 1 person seated on each end. Is there any way to edit this so it shows 2 seats on each end? Thanks!!
