Non-Chapel weddings

I know someone on here was looking for a non-chapel wedding. I can't find the thread.

I got an email from MGM about weddings, they have some nice spaces :)

Re: Non-Chapel weddings

  • I know I was looking for chapel alternatives, but hadn't looked into MGM yet, so thank you!
  • Mandarin Oriental offers a lot! Im going to sign my contract at the end of this month :)
  • I'm getting married at the Tropicana's garden courtyard. it's actually really nice - no extra decor needed. they just revamped it too!
  • I think a lot of strip hotels will offer non-chapel options.  Mirage has the pool and volcano, Venetian I think you can even get married on a Gondola ride!  I've also seen a wedding on the pirate ship at TI!
We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

  • I looked at the ship at TI and apparently you have to have less then 10 people on it.

  • We're getting married at Springs Preserve - ceremony only.  It looks amazing and you get an hour on the grounds for photography :)
  • Almost every hotel on the Strip now offers a non chapel wedding venue. There are SOME amazing options if you have a very small group.

Off the top of my head, the Zen Ceremony at Wynn Las Vegas - it's in the Encore Spa space, very modern Asian decor and super private, getting married at the water wall at MGM Signature, inside the Chihuly Gallery at ARIA Las Vegas (he's the artist that designed the glass art in the Bellagio lobby) ... so so so many lovely options!
