Any Brownstone Brides Out There?

Hey ladies.  So I'm looking for any past or present Brownstone brides.  I have a few questions regarding the food tasting and process for it.  I know we will be finalizing our menu in January/February of 2014, but I know we need to do a food tasting beforehand.  Can anyone give me some insight into the process for this?

Sorry I'm a little late to the party!  I got married at the Brownstone on 8/17.  I'd be happy to give you details about our tasting.  Feel free to PM me if you still need more info!

Can anyone tell me how much is pp in the grand conservatory room for reception?

The price per person depends on your menu, not the room you use.

@mer143m - I just booked the Grand Conservatory for 10/10/15. The room holds 75-120 people, and the basic package starts around $85/person. They have tons of great add ons though that will change the price. I only just booked last week so I haven't had much experience with them yet, but the room is gorgeous especially for an intimate wedding (we're having around 100 people).
