where to pick up guests?

Hi all,  I am hoping someone can help.  I want to pick up our guest and drop them to the venue but I'm not sure how the logistics will work.  I think most people will be staying in different places and we will already be staying in the house we are renting for the wedding.  Is it OK to just nominate a casino/hotel for a pick up location? do the casino's mind even though your not staying or getting married there?  I was thinking of just picking a hotel at the north end and one at the south end so people can get to a pick up point that is closest to them.  Does this sound feasible or is there an easier way to do it?

We have arranged room blocks at planet hollywood and elara so that is where we are picking up from. We are happy to be a bit flexible if guests stay elsewhere but only if it isnt a huge deviation. I like your idea of nominating a north, central and south hotel for pick up.

I think that's a great idea, pick one or two hotels and designate as a pick up/drop off location.  There are so many people in and around the casinos, I don't think they will even notice.

Maybe nominate one person at each location to hold a sign or something so people know where to go?

I'd call a bus company and ask what they suggest. I bet they could tell you which hotels wouldn't notice an extra vehicle and which will be total jerks and make them move immediately.
For example, I think both Harrahs and Ballys have shuttle areas behind them, and there are some that pick up at Fashion Show Mall, so it might be easier for people to congregate there than on the Strip in front of the Bellagio.

Thanks for the tips, I will contact the bus company like you say and they will know the one's that won't make a fuss, I was planning on doing room blocks too so like missmo maybe I can use those ones and hopefully noone says anything!
