    I'm going to the Wedding and Wine Festival Sept 22nd!  They look like they've got a great amount of vendors... The Nesselrod Bed and Breakfast is gorgeous too.  The Festival is going to be there so it would be a great place to check out!  Hope this helps!

    My friends got married last year at the Kyle house in fincastle and it was very affordable I heard! It had a vintage feel that would lend well to DIY weddings.
