Inexpensive Transportation

Hi everyone - I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for inexpensive transportation (trolley, limo, party bus, regular bus) for the Philly area. I'm looking to rent for a total of 3-4 hours.

I know Sterling limos is pretty reasonable and First Student you can rent regular school buses for cheap too.
