Oct 2014 bride here - timelines for day of?

Hey fellow October brides,
Do any of you have your time lines figured out yet? I have so much time for planning, but I just wanted a rough ballpark that someone else is using for their day of.
Cheers!

It depends on a number of things. Like, what time your ceremony is, if you're doing your own hair & makeup, or going to a place, or having someone come to you. If you're having a WP (and how many girls are included) adds time to hair & makeup. Are you doing pictures before or after the ceremony? Are you getting ready at the ceremony site, or off site? How far away is the salon, if you're getting your hair and/or makeup done there.

    Our ceremony is at 2:30.
My hair & makeup appointment is at 9.
We're doing some pictures before the ceremony.
That's all I've got so far.

    Thanks ladies :)

Our ceremony is at 5:30; we're doing a first look; BMs are on their own for hair & m.u.; WP photos will be after first look, ending up at ceremony site (a university campus); cocktail hour & dinner follow immed. after ceremony, next door.

I'm just not sure what all to give time to.

We have a very rough timeline. We're getting our hair done at 11 AM, plan to get to the church at 2:30, ceremony is at 4, pictures from 4:45 to 5:30, cocktail hour 5:30-6:30, dinner at 6:30. I'm not super worried about it.
Just curious - what will your guests be doing in between the ceremony ending and cocktail hour beginning while you're taking photos?

Driving to the reception hall. I doubt we'll be able to start that early with photos ourselves -- I'm hoping we can get parent pics and WP pics during that time while we'll be doing our receiving line.
Got it! I suppose I should have realized that haha.

    What Stina said.

You build your timeline around those things already set in stone, like your ceremony time and your reception time, then work outward.

My ceremony is at 11:15, and will last 17-20 minutes.
My reception will begin at noon.

    I worked backwards from there.

Hair at 7:30 am to be done by 9am.
Makeup to be done from 9 until 10.
    Get dressed from 10-10:30.
Travel to ceremony site via limo from 10:30 to arrive between 10:45-11.
    Final touchups at ceremony site.
    Ceremony.
Leave ceremony site at noon, to be at reception venue at 12:15.
    Reception from 12:15-4pm.

    This isn't hard.  :)  Honest.
