We are getting married in 2014 on the Georgetown Lake side of Anaconda. I want to self-cater but my family is so huge that my FMIL wants us to consider hiring a caterer or chef to help out. I have very high standards for that--if we hire it out, I want somebody very creative and professional. We have no idea where to start on this one. Help?
