Japanese Tea Ceremony?

Has anyone seen anyone do a Japanese, not Chinese, tea ceremony at a wedding? I am trying to gather ideas for what the officiant is going to say about it while my finance's mom performs a modified version. Got a rough plan, but the more the better♪
