Questions for a venue

My FI and I are looking at two, and our first, places tomorrow.  I've done a little research, but I'd still like some real person help; not the google kind.  What questions should I ask the venues to make sure I'm getting the most information possible and that I've covering all aspects?
Any help is great help, thank you!

You should ask: What is included? What is not included? Is their a price minimum? Do they recommend any vendors? 

Basically, listen carefully to what they are saying and ask follow up questions to everything. If it's possible, bring someone with you who has gone through the wedding planning process. I brough my mom and she came up with so many questions as we were looking at places that I would have never though of.

TAXES!  Some palces include taxs and gratuity, some do not.  Also, you need to find out if you will also be charged Pittsburgh Drink Tax.  Taxes add up.

Thank you for the help!  These questions worked great, unfortunately, the place did not.  I'll use them again though...that website was great.  I added it as a favorite to reference it in the future.
