Bus Rentals?

I am looking for recommendations for bus companies. We are going to need to transport guests from hotel to the venue and back (about 30 min). Want to call a few companies to compare pricing. Appreciate any company recomendations and ballpark prices if you have them. TIA!!

Distance is not so much of a factor compared to time. I believe most of the companies charge an hourly rate ranging from $100-250 an hour, but depending on availability you may be able to negotiate a better rate. Not sure how many guest you will be transporting, but the most common vehicle is the shuttle bus which accomedates 25 people. Charter buses obviouly hold more, but with added cost of course. I have had experience with a company called Carey which has slightly more expensive options, but you might also look at Big H Paty Buses who has more reasonable options.
