Favor Opinions PIP

Hello ladies! Hope you're enjoying this lovely Saturday!

Just wanted to get some pro opinions on my idea for wedding favors.
I am friends with a girl who has her own line of organic beauty products. I am obsessed with her lip balms. She said she can make me custom lip balms for the wedding for .80 cents a piece!

I think it's a cute idea, the FI doens't seem as excited about them as I do. My friends think it's a good idea bc they know how obsessed I am w/lip balm, but not everyone attending the wedding knows or cares lol

Here is what her lip balms look like, I figured we could have two birds on them w/our names & wedding date in our colors.

I thnk that great for the bridal shower favor not the wedding favor. If a male guest got this they'd probably just throw it alway or give to someone else. Jmo

Ditto everyone else. I think wedding favors are a waste of money, honestly. If you really want to do a favor, do something edible.

I think it's adorable!!!!!!!!  I would be so excited to get this as a wedding favor, much better than mints.  I have to say that you should go with whatever excites you and makes you happy.  You will never be able to please every guest so do what you love.  I think it's great that it is something that you love and are sharing what you love with your guests.  Men use lip balm too.

Lot's of men use chapstick.  However I do think it is an odd idea for a favor.

Late to the party, but as a guest, I've always liked the edible favors best.  Everything else I've gotten, from heart-shaped magnets to gigantic fake engagement rings have gone in the trash or to my little nieces.  I just don't need it, you know?  I'd do something like that at the bridal shower.
