    Yes, save the dates would be wrong. Wedding invitiations would be wrong. You had your wedding when you got married at the courthouse.

    Invite people to "a celebration of the marriage of Mr. & Mrs. Jagsilver". Don't wear a wedding dress, have a ceremony or a first dance. You can have a great party and wear a gorgeous dress, but please don't pretend it's a wedding.

    Why isn't there some sort of repercussion for people who insist on constantly asking the same (bad) questions over and over and over again? Read the damn forums.
