Las Vegas wedding suggestions - all inclusive

Hello knot community! I am looking for help on suggestions for a somewhat alternative Vegas wedding: Traditional ceremony with more of a cocktail reception with heavy apps in a suite on the strip. I found something along the right idea at Paris/Bally's that includes everything but the bar and extra food... But curious if anyone has done something similar at any of the other hotels/casinos? Looking at about 50 people and do not want the hassle/formality of a sit down dinner and table assignments! Also do not want to completely break the bank. Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

  • Any particular budget number you'd like to keep it under?

  • When all is said and done for ceremony, photographer, food, alcohol, cake, etc, I would like to be in the $10-15k range. Obviously on the lower end of that would be great, but it seemed feasible with Paris/Ballys to be at around 12. Though I have still yet to hear back from them on availability which makes me nervous.
  • Mandalay Bay has some packages within that price range. Actually, I think most of the casinos might be able to meet that demand.

  • I'd recommend looking at Platinum using their actual facilities rather than in-suite, such as the rooftop terrace, or the Stardust Suite at the Orleans (which requires catering by them).  Both of those options would enable you to use a good photographer and you should be able to get everything else to fit in the budget.  The strip resort packages might be less accommodating on vendor choice or force you to use ones you don't like.

  • Thank you both!
  • I second VegasGroom-I am a Platinum Bride and while I am doing the formal sit down, they have some great options for heavy apps or random stations and keep it low key like you are looking! Good luck!
  • Thank you - you too! Congrats!
