Easy Way to Designate Bridal Party in Guest List Manager?

I have put together a premilinary guest list for our wedding and was wondering if there was an easy way to designate/sort the bridal party and groomsmen in the guest list manager? If I add a party to a group (i.e. "groomsmen"), it also adds the party's significant other (i.e. the best man's wife is not a groomsmen!). I want to keep the couple together as one party since they will be getting one invitation at one address, but I also want to be able to sort the list easily to just our attendants. I also saw that you can add "guest details" to the response page, but I cannot sort by this feature (it only adds a number tally to the bottom of the summary page).

Am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

  • Honestly, I wouldn't use their organizers.  TK tends to have a lot of tech issues and you don't want to lose all of your information.  So use them if you want, but the best way to organize, sort, and keep track of guests is using good old Excel.  That way you can save your information and back it up just in case anything happens to your computer or to TK.

  • Thank you Maggie! We have a back up copy in Excel but we like using the guest list manager also so that we can all have it on our iPhones/iPads on the go!
