Can anyone recommend a hair and makeup artist that travels to location? I'm trying to keep the cost under $200 if possible.

I'm using Jennifer Andres from At Long Lash.  I don't wear a lot of makeup normally and I was so afraid of looking like a clown, but she listened to me and gave me exactly the look I was going for.  I highly recommend her.
