Looking for a planner who offers consultation

I'm planning my own wedding but I've hit a road block and could use an expert to offer some assistance. Can someone recommend a planner who offers hourly consultation services?

    We are using Aquafuzion for our wedding. I'm pretty sure they offer a-la-carte consultation, but I'm not sure about the price.  They are in Monrovia.

    I have a friend that plans weddings... I've messaged her to find out if she will do an hourly consult and if so, how much.  We're in Ventura County though, where are you?
