I'm around! The university was closed today and I finished all my homework last night so I spent the day being lazy and watching HIMYM. I'm also having pizza...which means I need to go to the gym tomorrow (boo).

-Learning about all the drugs I'll get to give in my mother-baby clinical

-Digesting tonight's counseling session in my mind (it was a doozy)

Trying to get a hormone/PMS headache to go away unsuccessfully and attempting to keep warm in a freezing apartment. Is bed before 9 p.m. looked down upon?

@bethsmiles - What'd you have on your pizza? I had every intention of cooking tonight but got home late from work and decided: screw it. I want pizza, dammit!

I had sausage and jalapeno on my pizza tonight. I don't usually do meat on my pizza but for some reason today I was super craving it.

@Swazzle I'm in CT. Problem is my apartment gets no sunlight so it acts like a built in air conditioner. We can't afford to use the heat this early into the fall. So hoodies and blankets it is.

I'm around! BF is listening to the Breaking Bad Insider Podcast while playing FIFA (so he's basically in heaven), and I'm working on learning some new InDesign tricks. I am drinking water right now because the beer isn't cold enough yet. As soon as it is, I'll be drinking a pumpkin beer with a cinnamon sugar rim (because, why not?).

@bethsmiles - I'm not a big fan of sausage. Does the jalapeno make it super spicy? I had pepperoni and extra cheese. 

@Kait - Gotcha. I'm in NJ and I have sweatpants and a hoodie on and I'm a little warm. My windows are open but I live on the 3rd (top) floor of my apartment building.

@Kait - I have the opposite problem. My apartment has no air conditioning so I basically live in a sauna all summer. I get so excited that its finally cooler when fall/winter comes around that I barely use the heat and just walk around my apartment wrapped in blankets all the time.

@Bethsmiles @Swazzle - I too had pizza :-) I wonder what percentage of Americans eat pizza on any given day?

@Swazzle - the jalapeno gives it a good kick but it isn't super spicy.

@swazzle and @bethsmiles, thanks! I probably just ate something crazy. Kind of confusing, since I really only ate toast for breakfast, PB & J last night, and other such innocent foods over the weekend.

I want pizza now, lol. Maybe tomorrow if I feel better.

@Kait, I routinely go to bed at 9 or 9:30 whenever possible (which isn't often, but still)! I fully support early bedtimes!

@Amapola14 - I wish I could go to bed around 9. I usually don't fall asleep until around midnight or later!

I'm usually in bed around 9:30-10 and asleep around 10-10:30. I've been having such a hard time staying asleep lately, though, which sucks.

@bethsmiles and @swazzle, 9 is such an idealistic bedtime anyway, lol. I've definitely been having more trouble sleeping lately - got a lot on my mind that probably isn't worth worrying over. What keeps/wakes you guys up?

@Amapola14 thinking too much! My mind races. I also miss the body heat of BF on nights like tonight. It's supposed to get down to 40 here.

Usually watching things on Netflix keeps me awake - I'm an addict.

I just got invited to my friend's husband's birthday BBQ tonight. I'm already in my pajamas, contacts out, lying in bed watching Netflix...am I a terrible person if I really don't want to go?

I don't have a problem falling asleep, my issue is staying asleep and I have NO idea what it is that wakes me up but I feel like on any given night, I wake up like 5x. It's so annoying!

@Kait, awwww, I hate that cold feeling without BF on a chilly night too. And yep, having a lot going through your head never helps! I just have a hard time stopping it. Even if I read a book for pleasure or play games on the phone, my mind will just be all active about that. Chances are I'll dream about it that night too.

@bethsmiles - That's late notice! I wouldn't go if I were you. Once my bra comes off, I'm in for the night

@Swazzle - I'm the same way. Once the bra is off it takes a lot to make me put that sucker back on! I don't think I'm going to go but I feel bad because I haven't seen her in a few months. Of course the text started with "Oh I forgot to invite you!" which makes me less inclined to feel guilty about not going.

@bethsmiles, absolutely not. Once I get cozy for the night, I'm not moving unless there's a fire. That is very short notice for a birthday event!

I'm a little ashamed to say that I'm watching for the first time ever and for the sole reason that Snooki is on it and I love her.

I heard a rumor that Bill Nye is participating in DWTS. If you can confirm this rumor, I will surely start watching!
