I was a knottie....5 yrs ago! i'm trying to help a girlfriend out. She has tried on a couple of dresses that she has liked, but she is looking for pretty much a combination of the few. Does anyone have experience working with a dress maker in pittsburgh? any recommendations? cost is an issue, she's not looking for anything couture or embellished, just a competent, talented dress maker. Thanks!
