Los Cabos Activities

So we decided on Los Cabos for our honeymoon. Spending 2 nights at Las Ventanas al Paraiso in San Jose del Cabo and 4 nights at Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. We've booked a tour to go swimming with the dolphins, a day sail with swimming and snorkeling, and a sunset sail, but is there anything else you guys have done and/or heard of that you'd recommend in either of these two regions? Or any activities tied to either of these two resorts?

That's pretty much exactly what we did on our HM.  We stayed at one hotel in San Jose Del Cabo though, but still did the snorkel tour at Land's End/Lover's Beach, a sunset dinner cruise, and swam with the dolphins with Cabo Dolphins (it was overpriced and too structured IMO, but still fun because I love dolphins).

The rest of the time, we pretty much utilized our awesome hotel.  They had an amazing pool and we had an ocean view room, and since it was our HM, we did spend quite a bit of time in there ;-p.  We also used the spa one day and had a 90 minute massage on the beach, which was heaven.

I would try paddle boarding. You can generally rent them on the beach. Its fun and a great workout.
