Notarized translation of a foreign birth certificate?

Hi everybody,

 

My apologies if this has already been answered, I wasn't able to locate it elsewhere.  My fiancee is a foreign national and we need to get her birth certificate translated and notarized.  Any advice on where in Chicago to do this?
