What are you having served at your wedding?
What would you think of besides hor d'oeuvres, only having Chicken (and a vegiterian option) as your entree?

    We are serving grilled filet mignon, roasted salmon and a vegetarian lasagna. I personally have never had good "wedding chicken" so that's why we aren't having it. Our on-site coordinator actually told me after the fact that most people pick chicken but I feel like we had a good range of options, so I'm happy with our picks.

    I don't think I've ever had good "catered chicken" at any event!  We served short rib with an option of sea bass or a pasta dish for the vegetarians.

    We are offering the options of chicken or sword fish. We have done our tasting already. The chicken comes with a blended fruit salsa for a juicy chicken and initially we were offering Cobia, encrusted with nuts and peaches (so delicious); however, our best man offered to provide fresh swordfish for us (local captain). So exciting!
