Missing reception venues in LHV area OPINIONS?!?!

I am looking at Blue Grillehouse in Bethlehem, PA and The Waterfalls in Emmaus, PA. I can't find them anywhere on venue searches. Anyone have opinions on these at all??? Thanks for the help.

I didn't visit either, but I contacted The Waterfalls. Angie (who contacted me) seems nice, but from the email responses, disorganized. That is just the impression that I got, perhaps it was not an accurate evaluation, but that is why I ruled them out. They also had poor reviews when I googled them. Here is one example:
