Tuesday Accountability

Well I drank a bunch of water yesterday so I feel much better today. I usually wake up bloated but this morning I was not so I'm happy.

B- My coffee maker broke? So when I woke up, my coffee that was set to be brewed at 6:00 was cold? Idk what happened so I didn't have that until I got to work which made my commute suck. Oatmeal.
L- Grilled Chicken and BBQ sauce
D- Lentil Tacos with tomatoes and shredded lettuce...maybe a little sour cream but I'm telling myself no right now.

E- Power cleans and Russian twists, I'll do some cardio afterwards while my Lentils are cooking.

    L: Cup of tomato basil soup and half a sandwich...will prob be around 10 or 12 pts

    D: Chicken Wild Rice Soup w/ Mushrooms - haven't worked out the point totals yet

    E: Went for a run/walk with the dog this morning. We did three miles with running intervals of 3/10 and walking intervals of 2/10.



  • B: cinnamon raisen bagel with chive cream cheese, greek yogurt, locarb monster

    L: Healthy choice something or other

    S: String cheese

    D: Chicken parmesan casserole

    E: Still on the injured list, hopefully I get the okay by the doc to resume excercising in a couple of weeks! This sucks.

  • B:  egg casserole (egg, chorizo, mushrooms, spinach, sweet potato, heirloom tomato) and a honeycrisp apple

    L:  NNP Asian meatballs over salad, bacon/broccoli salad, grapes
    S:  apple and sunflower butter
    D:  arroz con pollo, roasted green beans

    E:  walk the dogs!
