Well I drank a bunch of water yesterday so I feel much better today. I usually wake up bloated but this morning I was not so I'm happy.
B- My coffee maker broke? So when I woke up, my coffee that was set to be brewed at 6:00 was cold? Idk what happened so I didn't have that until I got to work which made my commute suck. Oatmeal.
L- Grilled Chicken and BBQ sauce
D- Lentil Tacos with tomatoes and shredded lettuce...maybe a little sour cream but I'm telling myself no right now.
E- Power cleans and Russian twists, I'll do some cardio afterwards while my Lentils are cooking.
