Westmoreland County Vendor Advice

Most of the posts on here center around Pittsburgh. I am from Mount Pleasant/Greensburg area in Westmoreland county. I am trying to keep my wedding as reasonably priced as possible since I am working towards my Master's degree.

I am looking for any suggestions on reception sites/caterers/flowers/cakes or DJs.

My cousin had his wedding at Westmoreland County club and it was nice. We got our cake at Oakmont but also tried Jennuine cakes in Murrysville. We used holiday park florist in Plum and I would definitely recommend them!

There is a bridal show at the Sheraton (? maybe that's the hotel) in Greensburg. I think it's February 19. You might want to try looking there. I believe that they will have more vendors based in that area

I am having mine at the Barn at Ligonier Valley, but we also looked at Bell's Banquets in Mount Pleasant. Bell's is very reasonable and everything was included in their packages (food and drink wise), but it was too small of a venue for our wedding. I'm not using a WestMoCo DJ or photographer, but I have am using FineLine Weddings for our photobooth. They also do wedding photography and videography.
