Due to the government shut-down, I can't use the USDA's Supertracker website to keep track of my exercise and diet. And I was finally doing so well! I'm new to this, and it's the only site I've ever really used. Can anyone recommend a website/app that allows me to enter everything I ate, and everything I did to work out, and then converts all of this into calories eaten, calories burned, nutrient and food group requirements, etc.? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
