Wednesday Accountability

Yesterday was great food wise until my coworker brought me chocolate chip cookies and I was having a really bad day soo obviously I ate them.

B- Coffee and oatmeal
L- Grilled chicken and BBQ sauce
D- leftover lentil tacos but w/o the tacos since we ran out and we will probably just put the lentil mixture on bread or something

E- sprints, burpees, wall tosses, planks, and bench presses
Finally some cardio!!

    S:  salted almonds and dried cherries; 3 cookies (this shutdown biz is stressing me out...  no more stress eating!)

    L: Chicken Wild Rice Soup w/ Mushrooms - 7 pts

    S: Plain English Muffin - 3 pts

    D: Something delicious from the Irish Pub we're going to for bookclub tonight. I will do my best to not overindulge.

    E: Nothing - bookclub tonight.
