Yesterday was great food wise until my coworker brought me chocolate chip cookies and I was having a really bad day soo obviously I ate them.
B- Coffee and oatmeal
L- Grilled chicken and BBQ sauce
D- leftover lentil tacos but w/o the tacos since we ran out and we will probably just put the lentil mixture on bread or something
E- sprints, burpees, wall tosses, planks, and bench presses
Finally some cardio!!
