I'm looking for a romantic place to have dinner...was thinking Vic & Anthony's? Any other suggestions?

    Do you have a preference in location? Budget?

    We ate at Scarpetta at the Cosmo right after we got engaged. It was beautiful, they sat us at a table up against the window overlooking the Bellagio Fountains.

    I was so amped up after THE RING that I couldn't even eat. The pasta I ordered was delicious (the bites I managed). FI had no issue eating and he swooned over his courses. It's Scott Conant, what do you expect!

    We plan to go back a few days after the wedding so I can chow down this time :)

    We had dinner at Yellowtail in the Bellagio the last time we were in Vegas.  I loved it!  The sushi was amazing and we had a table on a balcony overlooking the fountains.  It was super romantic and pretty but it is expensive.

    The other girls have given some good places.  I also really like Roy's, which is on Flamingo just a bit off the strip.  Lighting is lower than most restaurants and the seafood is delicious.  If it's a special occasion you can let them know and they print up menu inserts (I took FI for his 30th and our menus had "Happy 30th Birthday FI" on the first page and take a photo they provide to you.

    ETA: I've been to the eiffel tower restaurant but it's been a few years and I was underwhelmed particularly for the cost.

    We had a fabulous engagement dinner at Capital Grille!  When we called to make the reservation they asked if we were celebrating anything and I said our engagement.  When we arrived they had a table next to the window for us with rose pedals on the table.  We had a great view of the Wynn.  We even got a free dessert and champagne toast!

    Another great spot with a view is the restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere, it rotates, great spot for a sunset dinner!
    We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

    @ktbabe my parents highly recommend Top of the World but reviews I've read say you're basically paying for the view. I would like to have good food as well lol! Have you eaten there?

    A few years ago.  I remember the food being okay, nothing special though.  I would agree with the reviews :) 
    We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!
