Thursday accountability

I ran 2.5 miles this morning (at a blistering 10:40 pace). Goal is to drink 48 oz of water today and NOT raid my employee's bowl of candy. :)

Carrots for a snack, one Coke if I really feel like I need one later on.

  • B- Coffee and oatmeal
    S- Carrots
    L- leftover grilled pork chops and BBQ sauce with potato salad...not really the healthiest lunch but I worked my behind off yesterday.
    D- Tomato Soup with celery, onion, and some spices...I've never had celery mixed in with tomato soup before but I heard it's good so we shall find out! I may or may not make grilled cheese?

    E- Handstand pushups (wtf?!? seriously, this should be funny), jump rope, dead lifts, and row machine
  • B:  egg casserole, orange
    L:  leftover roasted veggies (sweet potato, red potato, red onion, butternut squash) with andouille sausage; pear
    S:  another orange
    D:  birthday dinner for a friend at Red Lobster.  thinking of getting the bacon wrapped shrimp and veggies or salad

    no E tonight.

    fighting a sinus infection (since Christmas I've had pneumonia and 3 sinus infections, this is my fourth!!!) so hopefully I'll make up on lost sleep.  any tips to ease the nose/head congestion??  :(
