Need Venue--04/05/14

Hi all! I am looking for an inexpensive venue for approximately 150-300 people for April 5th. Would like to be able to BYOB, and keep the cost low for the venue. HELP!

    Inexpensive for that many people?  That's going to be a challenge.  By the time you pay for food for that many people, most places charge for space.  Also, what do you consider "inexpensive"?  $5,000?  $10,000?  Should it include food, or will you be paying for that separately?  What about chair/table/linen/china rentals?  Should it include that too?

    Zilker Park has a clubhouse that will hold up to 150 people with inexpensive rental fees:

    We're paying $3200 for a venue which does include food and alcohol; but, only holds up to 75 people.  So, it's all relative I'm afraid.  :)
