Horderves/Cakes only Reception for 250 guests -- help! (venue)

Hello! I am looking for a hall to rent in New Jersey (preferably central) that will provide tables and chairs for at least 250 guests. Ideally I would like to use my own caterer, but at least know that I'm only having horderves and the wedding cake my brother is making. We just want some place clear to have a nice afternoon party to celebrate with our friends and family without breaking our budget.

    Take a look into local women's clubs.  The Glen Ridge Women's Club is a beautiful venue.  I'm not sure what their max capacity is, but I went to an hor'dourves/cake reception there and it was very nice.  
    Glen Ridge, Upper Montclair, and Ridgewood can fit 200+, but Englewood, Caldwell, and Montclair on the smaller side and can accomodate 100-150. There are probably others in closer to where you live as well.
