I had someone rate me a 1 (5 being the best) because she sent an email and no one actioned it - meanwhile it was to one of those email addresses that aren't for replies. her paperwork specifically said, "no not reply to this email address" and she complained that instructions need to be made clearer. nevermind the fact that she had made her initial requests to the CORRECT email address, and claimed to have no clue. needless to say, that survey has been removed from my spotless record.

My favorite one is the last one.  It could so easily be turned into a Dear Prudie letter:

“My fiance and I requested twin-beds when we booked, but instead we were placed in a room with a king bed. We now hold you responsible and want to be re-reimbursed for the fact that I became pregnant. This would not have happened if you had put us in the room that we booked.”

The white sand vs. yellow sand is hilarious.  We get a lot of 'beach' complaints (that it's not as nice as they expected or something.)

After a hurricane is the.worst. It's like, "You're lucky the damn beach is there!"
