Anyone use 2810 Estate in Vegas

Hey guys,
     I have been lurking since I introduced myself, but have come out of hiding to ask for help. We have the chapel and dinner squared away, but are in the process of booking a place to stay, and a place to have cake and drinks after dinner. Has anyone heard of this estate in Vegas? It looks great and has great reviews, just hoping someone has had first hand experience??

I have this resort booked for my wedding next June, I haven't found anyone here who has ever used it so far everything has gone well, the manager is always very responsive and my dj and coordinator has sent me a few photos of previous weddings so I know the place does match the 'official' ones. Sorry I can't be more help!

Of course, just pm your email address and I'll send what I have. We're staying 3 nights mid week as it's all the budget would allow. Very excited about it though, really looking forward to having our own space and the pool looks amazing!!

I was looking in to this estate a few months back, this place looks BEAUTIFUL! Only thing that held me back was the price..when I called at the time it was a three day min. At 10000 just to rent.. So between still needing a caterer, photographer, flowers , dj etc.. Would've been way too much. Is this what you were quoted as well? Have either of you seen this in person? If so, is there a good dancing area to have a full reception feel? Just realized I had three questions in a row haha sorry
