- Except for my sister we had an awesome weekend. Time with my parents. Monday we went to the county fair and had a blast. 6let and M2 ran from ride to ride. The guys working were phenomenal. They helped the little ones and made the rides even more fun. They would get the kids to sing and raise their hands on the coaster. M2 loved this helicopter and went over and over. At one point the two workers were holding her hands and skipping helping her off. We stopped on the way out to tell the supervisors how awesome they were.
- I ordered stuff from Old Navy, but accidently sent it to my old address. They said it was taken care of, but I watched the package go to BFE then get rerouted. I called to see where it was going, and was told here. Yesterday I see that it's back at the BFE post office. The ON rep got on the phone with USPS. The office had closed. The guy still answered, got the package, relabeled it and put it out for delivery. Rep said she's NEVER had that happen and she's sending a note to her supervisor.
- ON rep apologized profusely for the mistakes. She ended up giving me 30% off the items that hadn't previously qualified (to the tune of $12 refund) AND a 20% coupon to use any time in the next 6 months. It can be combined with other offers and has no exclusions. All this for MY mistake! I asked for her supervisor so she could get a shoutout.
Carnies, call centers, AND USPS all giving over the top service? The world might be coming to an end.
- Best of all, after just 2 days at the mill DH is glad he isn't there full time.
