Receptions/Accomidations cards combine

Hi Everyone

I am getting married Next October and am starting to design and put together our invitations. Our reception and Hotel accommodations are at the same locations so i was trying to combine them to keep it simple for our guests. What does everyone think? Please Help?! Also do you need a separate card for the food at the reception or is that part of the RSVP Card? Help Drawling a blank.

You can put a food line on the RSVP card.  Example: 
Kindly respond by May 10th

M______________
____ will attend
____ will not attend

Please initial the entree choice of each guest
___ herb chicken 
___ vegetarian lasagna
___ seared salmon 

As for the accommodation information, you could put a note on the bottom of the invitation to tell them to go to your wedding website and put the info. on there.  The line on the invite would say something like "For more information, please go to www.megsmith36website.com".  Or, you could put the hotel/accommodation information on a separate card that you include in the invitation's envelope for out of town guests/whoever might want to use the hotel.

OP, I dont think I would list a website on my invites, but on a separate insert. 

If your ceremony and reception are in the SAME place you can just list on the invitation, "Reception to follow"

If its in two separate locations include a reception card and an information card that says something like:

A Block of Rooms have been set aside for guests of the LASTNAME/LastName Wedding At

HOTEL NAME

12 Main Street

Somewhere, NY 1XXXX

XXX-XXX-XXXX

Please book before September 7th, 2014
