Bad Request Error on Mobile

When I try to login or access any other forum than E on my DROID 3 phone recently, I get a Bad Request error. Anyone else having issues?

    I have been having that issue on my computer.  I did a quick google search and they way to get rid of it is to clear your cookies.  How you do that on mobile, I have no clue.  But when I cleared my history and cookies and cache it started working again.
