Wednesday Accountability

B:  banana-cakes (1 sm. banana + 1.5 eggs), 2 scrambled eggs, 1 pc. bacon
L:  ST salisbury steak with lotsa gravy, 1/2 baked red potato, salad with cherry-balsamic dressing; cantaloupe
S:  apple
D:  b/s chicken thighs with vodka sauce over pasta (for H), with sauteed cabbage and green beans; orange

E:  more taping off the house and PAINTING!  we both took off a couple days of work to get the inside of the house painted, and we start tonight after work.  FINALLY!!

    L: Leftover Chicken Marrakesh - 7 pts

    D: Unknown...I think we'll have to go to the store.

    E: Using my free work gym membership for the first time today. I plan to run 2 miles on the treadmill and then spend another 20 minutes on the weight machines.

  • B- Cereal and coffee
    L- I'm getting Panera with a girlfriend at lunch, I love their BBQ chicken salad and their soup
    D- Rice, chicken, and carrots/peas

    E- Today is a mixture of a whole bunch of workouts and I'm really excited about because we did a lot of weight lifting yesterday and today is mainly things like sit ups, push ups, jump rope, pull ups, etc...
