Hall in Central Jersey

Hi Everyone, 

My brother and I looking to plan a surprise 30th anniversary party for my parents next December. Our family is from Trinidad so we would want to use an outside caterer that makes Trinidadian cuisine. 

Does anyone know of any nice halls in Central Jersey that allow outside caterers?

Check out local Elks Lodges.  I'm pretty sure the one in Woodbridge will let you do whatever you want.
