Vendor Reviews-Green Bay Area

We just got married on 10/5/13. Everything went well, except for all the rain!

Photographer- A+ Brenda Hostettler out of Kaukauna was great! Very accomodating and helpful. Her prices are very reasonable and she does what she can to help if the bride needs it.

Hair- A+ Vanessa and Jess at Salon 325 in Green Bay. They are sisters that work at the same salon and both did a wonderful job! They are very professional, but outgoing at the same time. They made it very fun to be there since we had to be there for at least 4 hours.

Cermony Venue- Heritage Hill-This is in two different grades..

A+ For location, price, and one of our day of coordinators. Originally when booking we weren't allowed to go around the park for pictures. They recently changed that this year and it was nice! The coordinator that helped with the BP the day of was great. He helped out with umbrellas while it was raining and even let us in some of the buildings (even though we weren't supposed to).

D for the second coordinator. She was not friendly at all. During rehearsal, the couple before us were late which made the lady rush us along. She kept interrupting our officiant and getting in the way. Once our hour was close to being done, she rushed us yet again and was just not very friendly.

Transportion- Fox Valley Party Bus out of Kaukauna- B- The guy was great, got us to where we needed to go and even picked us up after the reception for very little due to it being a Packer Home game and not being able to get a cheap(er) hotel in GB that night. The bus could be cleaner and something was broke or whatever in the back of the bus and it was smoking on the way to the ceremony.

Reception Hall- Swan Club in De Pere- A+ They have a wonderful Family Style package with a bunch of stuff included. They refilled the Champaign Fountain whenever it was running out during the whole cocktail hour, it didn't end when it was done. Beth was wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend people there again.

Bridal Event- Appleton B+. They were very accomodating throughout the whole process. There were a few issues with alterations at the end, but nothing too major. I think miscommunications occurred between the alterations staff since they have multiple people and I had to call and confirm I wanted certain things done with the BM dresses. Their overall prices were cheaper then other stores for the dresses. My dress was either ordered wrong or the company made it wrong (hallow to hem wasn't correct), but they didn't charge me to shorten my dress since it wasn't something I did.
