Omaha or Lincoln Ceremony Site

I am looking for a small ceremony site in Omaha or Lincoln for a 2014 spring wedding. We have our reception site set at The Nebraska Club in DT Lincoln for 150 people. Our ceremony though is going to be only 30 people or less. We were looking at the Sunken Gardens in Lincoln, but you never know what NE wheather will be in the spring. Lol. So we are looking for an indoors place that is less than $250 to rent. Our church in Omaha holds service in a movie theater, so we are not sure where to go. Any ideas?

The Auld Pavilion in Antelope Park in Lincoln rents at a very reasonable price since it is run through the city parks department. It's an old social hall with a pretty wood ballroom floor and lots of windows. You could rent just that, or also rent the bandshell right next to it, and do the wedding outdoors if it's nice, indoors if it's not.
