Unique venues in the Flint area

Does anyone know of any unique venues in the Flint area for a wedding/reception? Looking for something along the lines of a loft space or warehouse. Thanks!

    it might be a long shot, but possibly see if the Machine Shop would rent out for the day? that could be interesting! the rec center at UofM-Flint holds events, but I am not sure if they have ever done weddings before.
