Tuesday Accountability

we just started this back up, and where did it go?? B: leftover tomatillo chicken with hominy; pineapple L: orchard ground turkey/apple patties with caramelized onions/mushrooms over salad; pear (LINK) S: if I'm hungry, I have almonds/dried cherries and/or a honeycrisp apple D: chili (YUM!) and roasted green beans; orange E: deck of cards workout (push-ups, squats or lunges, some kind of abs)

  • sorry for the awful format; TK gots issues today.
  • B- Coffee and haven't had a moment to eat anything else right now
    L- Getting some yummy lunch with @lmhollister
    D- left over stir fry veggies and chicken

    E- power cleans and dips with russian twists.
  • B: 1 egg over easy, 1 slice of pork roll, skinny caramel latte
    L: Mixed greens, grilled chicken, avocado, corn, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, vinegar
    S: Plum
    D: Grilled chicken with steamed veggies and baked sweet potato fries 

    My main goal for the week is to stick to healthy eating. I've been straying way too far and way too much lately. My jeans are super tight and that is not ok. 



  • B: 2 eggs, 1 ww english muffin w/butter, apple and about 1tbsp peanut butter, coffee (big breakfast for me!)
    S: almonds
    L: Turkey and swiss with mayo, lettuce and tomato on a sandwich thin, carrots, small apple
    S: Oikos Greek Yogurt black cherry flavor 
    D: Crockpot roasted whole chicken (probably part of the breast) and some green beans + wine

    I've never made a whole chicken in the crockpot. . . I hope it turns out ok. 

    So far I haven't gained any weight in the last month, which (if you remember) was my goal (to not gain). So. . . yay! But I know I've lost a ton of muscle tone and gained plenty of fat back. Oh well. For now this is all I can manage mentally.
