Friday Accountability

B: Ham and egg on a skinny bagel, iced coffee with a splash of skim
S: Banana
L: Crockpot salsa verde chicken over romaine
D: Grilled chicken, steamed veggies, sweet potato 
S: Frozen banana and pumpkin "ice cream"

    L- I really want tomato soup, I think because it rained yesterday I've been craving it.
    D- w/e my parents are eating since I'm staying with them this weekend while FI runs around in the woods with his boyfriends.

    E- Taking a break today.

    I made it for the first time last weekend! I had a banana that was super ripe so instead of tossing it, I froze it. I threw the frozen banana, a couple big spoonfuls of canned pumpkin, a splash of vanilla, and a little pumpkin pie spice into my food processor and VOILA! ICE CREAM!



  • B: Special K cereal with 2% milk, 2 slices of bacon since my mom had some extra :)
    S: Strawberries
    L: Not sure yet...probably a sandwich of some sort and chips
    S: Mini Kit-Kat bar
    D: Going out with BF's family tonight, so I will try to keep it healthy with lots of veggies

    Water: Starting my first glass now...it's gonna be a long day

    E: Hopefully cleaning some more today during study breaks

    E:  I need to work out.  I haven't all week.  HORMONES.
  • Water water and more water. I ran Monday (6mi), Wednesday (3.25) and Thursday (3.55). I have an 8 mile run tomorrow that will only be successful if I am fully and completely hydrated.

    @Swazzle I am stealing your pumpkin "ice cream" recipe. That sounds delicious!

    B: Non fat, no whip Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks - 7 pts I think

    L: Going to a farmer's market..Hope to find something fresh, local, healthy and most importantly delicious! Otherwise there's a "Mexican" restaurant in the same area...maybe I'll get takeout from there. ETA: I got a falafel shawarma (sandwich) made with whole wheat naan. Yummmmmm! So fried chickpea patties aren't so healthy...but at least it's vegetarian right? And I didn't add any sauces.

    D: Planning to make Spicy Grilled Chicken Quinoa soup tonight. (Link) It's go-time for the chicken. I need to either cook it tonight or freeze it. Haven't calculated WW points yet but it's probably not going to be bad points wise.



  • B: Cinnamon-Raisin English Muffin w/ peanut butter and honey, coffee 
    S: almonds
    L: Bean soup from last night (turned out pretty great!) and an apple 
    S: Yogurt
    D: Probably more soup and lots of tastes of cake batter
