Searching for City Hall Wedding Dress

Trying to find the wedding dress shown on page 156 of the Knot magazine Fall 2013 with the text 850+ wedding dresses on the front.  It is a knee-length dress with floral cutouts and is listed as being on watters.com but I cannot locate it.

Could someone please send me the exact dress style, name, etc. so that I can order it?

Can you post a picture of the dress? It's easier to look that way since not everyone gets the magazine.
